Bruce McNeil, AIC, Capt. is an experienced 5th generation Los Angeles California building contractor who has applied his family’s lineage building expertise to construction consulting, Insurance appraisal and Insurance adjusting for carriers and private clients. McNeil holds an Arizona and Oklahoma Insurance licenses, has earned the AIC credential, was matriculated for the CPCU designation, has acquired HAAG’s commercial and residential roofing inspector certifications and holds a Merchant Mariner Credential, capacity: Master.

Professional assessments commenced shortly after the Whittier Narrows earthquake, ironically in proximity of the JV McNeil Construction Company office opened in 1886. Thereafter, assessments included southern California fires, floods, windstorms, Landers and Northridge earthquakes all culminating in a change to adjusting claims and construction consulting.
